Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul

Most cultures across the world talk about the purpose of life being to achieve oneness with God. They tell us we are made in the image of God, are Divine in nature and have a soul. But what does this really mean? What is the soul? How do we work towards understanding the soul and achieving oneness?

The teachings on Soul Realisation begin with details as to the nature of our soul and our spiritual anatomy. The ideas presented in this course challenge us to examine our views and reconsider them. The course reveals esoteric secrets, which give us a better understanding of who we are and why we are here. Once we are aware of our true nature, we can then work towards achieving union with it. Most importantly, the course gives us specific techniques to work towards Soul Realization and achieving oneness with the Higher Soul, and eventually with God. We teach two powerful meditations, which when practiced regularly, lead to rapid spiritual growth.

"The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others, I speak in parables" (Luke 8:10). Many teachings in the different religions and cultures world-wide contain inner teachings that teach us about the nature of life, the purpose of existence and how to fulfill our destiny or purpose. The teachings and meditations in this course are not connected with any specific religion, but rather draw from the Universal Truth that connects us all. In fact, regardless of what religion you may practice, the course will bring you to a deeper understanding of the inner teachings. It will lead you to the direct experience of the inner teachings and truths upon which religion rests.

As well as the meditations, the course will cover techniques of inner purification, breathing exercises, and powerful affirmations. Teachings on how to raise one's consciousness, death and spiritual liberation, and the kundalini energy will also be covered.

Meditation and working towards spiritual growth is not just for those who have retired to the mountains after a lifetime of working. Adding an element of spirituality to our lives gives us purpose and meaning to life, without which everything seems to be immaterial and meaningless. Practicing spiritual techniques and meditation can tremendously improve the quality of our life on all levels.

A teacher who meditates will often find that his or her teaching skills and ability to communicate and deal with students is greatly enhanced. A business manager will find him or herself working better and more effectively, with reduced stress and improved interpersonal relationships. A parent becomes a better parent, a student a better student, a homemaker a better homemaker and so on. Whatever your role in life, this course will help you to get in touch with who you really are. Once established in your true nature, the world around you will automatically transform and your life will be greatly enhanced.
