Cost

For November Trip

$3,150 if paid and registered by 30th of September 2008

$3,500 if paid after 30th of September 2008

Because we accept a limited number of people, you can pay a $200 non-refundable deposit when you register to hold your space on the trip. You can then pay the balance by the dates given above.

For February Trip

$3,150 if paid and registered by 1st of January 2008

$3,500 if paid after 1st of January 2008

Cancellation

For November Trip

If you cancel by 30th of September, we will refund the entire amount paid except for the $200 deposit.

If you cancel from the 1st – 24th of October, we will refund the entire amount paid except for $800.

If you cancel after the 24th of October, you will receive a 50% refund.

For February Trip

If you cancel by 1st of January, we will refund the entire amount paid except for the $200 deposit.

If you cancel from 2nd – 30th of January, we will refund the entire amount paid except for $800.

If you cancel after the 30th of January, you will receive a 50% refund.

Cost includes

All accommodation (double occupancy), travel and meals (3 per day) from time of arrival in Delhi to departure. Also includes the Basic Pranic Healing course, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul course, course material and yoga sessions in the mornings. All taxes are included.

Cost does not include

Airfare to reach Delhi and return to country of residence, visa, juices / soft drinks ordered during meals (unless included as part of the buffet), any extra meals ordered, room service, mini bar consumption, etc., telephone calls, laundry, tips

Disclaimer

If the rate of exchange of the Indian Rupee to the U.S. Dollar goes below Rs 39 to the dollar, we reserve the right to increase the USD charges.

Obtaining the ticket for international air travel and Indian visa is the responsibility of the participant. If the ticket is not available or the visa is not denied, normal cancellation charges will apply.

Trips will only be conducted if we have a minimum of 10 participants. If by 30th September 2008 we do not have 10 confirmed participants, we reserve the right to refund the full amount paid and cancel the trip.
